POLICY and CODE OF CONDUCT

Terminology

    1. For the avoidance of confusion and clarity we consider a Male, Man or Gentleman to be a biologically born Male and a Female, Woman or Lady to be a biologically born Female.
    2. Couple/s refers to a biological Male and Female in a long term committed relationship. MM Couple/s refers to two biological males in a long term committed relationship. FF Couple/s refers to two biological females in a long term committed relationship.

Membership

    1. Minimum Age: All members must be 20 years and over in order to be a member. During your application you will be asked to declare your date of birth and provide your real name as shown in your government ID. When you attend your first event, you must also bring this government ID with you in order for us to be able to check the veracity of your age and name. If either does not match your submitted entrance you will be refused entry and no refund will be given.
    2. Application Approval Process. Applications are decided by vote by the Vizier Council. The identity of the Viziers is not divulged even to other members. Most of how we approve applications is a secret and for this reason you might not be given a reason should you be refused. However, some important things the Viziers look out for are, aesthetics and age, suitable social, cultural and linguistic levels, elegance and manners, sensual and seductive mood. Waiting period may be several days but we strive to complete the process in 48 hours. You will receive an email with the Viziers decision. Please accept our decision gracefully if your application is not approved.
    3. Renewals: Every year your membership will expire. You will need to apply for a renewal. You will be reminded of your upcoming renewal one month before the due date. Renewal is not automatic and the Viziers will decide if your membership is worthy of renewal. Joining events regularly, always being courteous and respectful of others and even how you dress and carry yourself are all things the Viziers will take into consideration when considering your renewal. If approved you will need to pay the respective membership fees (if any) promptly. If rejected or you do not pay your membership fee you will become a non-member Observer.
    4. Change of Member Status: If you need to change your status you will need to re-apply. Status changes can be fast tracked. No refunds are given for other membership types, however, you will need to pay the balance difference – pro-rata for the duration of the membership, if the current membership status is a higher fee.
    5. Membership Types:
      We have use a unique membership funnel system in order to guarantee the highest caliber of individuals and the most exclusivity at the higher levels. You may read more about our membership levels and processes here.

Participation and events

    1. Entry to events: Even if a person is a member, whether free or paid, it is still no guarantee to attend an event. To attend an event members need to apply first and if accepted by the Viziers, they will then be able to get an invitation to join provided all fees are paid for. Preference to access an event is given according to membership level and a members general perceived behaviour towards other members.
    2. Dress Code: Most events come with a strict dress code. Persons turning up without the expected dress code will be turned away irrespective of paid entry tickets or membership level. In such a case no refund will be given. Lussuria will announce any event requiring dress code at least 8 weeks before the date giving everyone ample time to purchase the necessary wear.
    3. Zoning: While for the most part, all Lussuria events have an erotic nature, people new to the lifestyle may opt to remain in a designated “Safe Zone”. From here patrons may continue to experience the sensuality of the event without getting too close to the action. In the “Free Zones” you may find areas where it is OK to observe as well as participate and areas where it is NOT OK to observe. These will be clearly marked.
    4. Learning Journey: Members new to the lifestyle will usually be required to attend either one of the Lifestyle Learning Journey Classes or be at an event one hour before everyone else for a debriefing.
    5. Mobile Devices: All mobile devices or any other device which may be used for recording video or taking photos will be held by our staff in a safety phone box. If you need a phone with you, you may rent one of our onsite call only phones and place your sim in it. Please make sure to pre-book your phone as supply is limited. The cost of rental for one night is 250 baht.
    6. Photography: While photography with your device is not allowed, you may ask our onsite photographers to take your pictures in the designated areas. Some events may require pre-booking of a photographer and extra fees may apply.
    7. Gender Quotas: In order to keep our events well balanced we enforce strict gender quotas where necessary. In case of couples only events then this will not apply as the gender ratio is 1:1. In case of mixed events the ratio can be maximum 60% gentlemen to 40% ladies. The gender quota is decided based on the biological gender at birth unless otherwise specified. LGBTQ+ events will have quotas which are announced per event.
    8. Attendance matches membership. You may only attend events with a matching status membership. Single gentlemen and Single ladies cannot bring unregistered guests. Similarly, couples must always attend with their registered partner. 
    9. Drugs. We have a strict no drugs tolerated policy. Using or even bringing drugs to a Lussuria event will result in an immediate life ban and possibly reporting to the authorities.
    10. Solicitation. Solicitation of any kind be it monetary or in kind in exchange for any sexual favor is strictly prohibited. Anyone found soliciting or accepting a solicitation will be removed from our events and will result in an immediate life ban.
    11. Consent. Touching any person in a provocative manner without explicit consent may result in a lifetime ban and your immediate expulsion.
    12. Signing of agreement: Before entering an event for the first time you will be required to sign your agreement and understanding of the terms for your presence.
